We have spacious bunk style accommodation plus cosy lounge rooms to relax, unwind and get to know your hosts and new mates. You'll sleep safe and sound in station style comfort. The centerpiece of your stay with us is a fully renovated Homestead Cottage. You'll have the run of the place with all the other Cowboys and Cowgirls. Its complete with a well equipped commercial kitchen plus the latest appliances. Spin around and you'll be led out onto a massive deck with sweeping views over alluvial plains and distant hills. The swaying eucalypts and brilliant Aussie sunlit days will mesmorise you for hours.
How good is this? Well really it doesn't get much better. Our guests feel so at home here its sometimes hard to get them out onto the station! No worries. Being on a working property like this means you are slap bang in the middle of everything going on. The horses and animals live all around the Homestead and you can jump straight onto your four legged friend, right out the front door, when you're ready to go.
The bunk rooms each accommodate up to 4 – 6 Jackeroos and Jilleroos per room. Complimenting the classic old Homestead Cottage are the new quarters completed in early 2010. They are well set up with 2 double bunks in each room making it a maximum of 4 per room, all freshly done up with new mattresses and fittings. You'd think that you might fall asleep counting sheep but you'll probably just zonk out after all the horse riding and the other station activities.
There is limited twin and couples accommodation available too for an additional small charge. Please enquire into what we have available at the time of booking. Linen and bedding is provided of course.
We don't have ensuites but all the toilets and showers are new too and private. Water is a bit of a scarce commodity out here so we encourage shorter showers but they're piping hot and good to go.
We have taken every measure to make sure your stay with us is comfortable and the facilities are spot on. Welcome then to your home away from home, but you could be forgiven for thinking its the "Outback Hilton".
