Cathy Wade prepares all the meals fresh and past participants rate the food as a highlight. Being in the country meat eaters won't be disappointed and vegetarians are happily catered for on request too.
All meals are served in the new dining room or on the connecting verandah. Its a great spot to share a good meal and drinks with your new mates after an exhilerating day. The horses happily graze nearby as twighlight turns to starlight.
Breakfast is on bright and early with cereals and a continental style offerring to get you started for the day. Tea and coffee available at all times.
Pile your own toppings of choice onto fresh bread for lunch. There's toasters on hand and you can tuck into all sorts of yummy extras.
Dinner is well balanced over the week. You'll have a big appetite after being outdoors all day so don't be shy, enjoy a big country feed.
Buy wine or beer in town to accompany your meals at the beginning of the week.
